Q: How do I convert DVD's that contain multiple episodes?

A: Please convert the individual episode and individual extra video one by one. You may go to the "setup" window which above the "start" button on the main interface, then click "chapter" button on the "setup" window. You may also the see the help file for reference by clicking "?" button on top of the main interface.
