Troubleshooting Failed to Get IFO Errors When Copying DVDs

Are you experiencing an error that reads "Failed to get IFO" when you attempt to copy a DVD? It's possible that a new copy protection has been implemented, and our team at DVD-Cloner has cracked it with the release of a new version.

If you ordered or upgraded DVD-Cloner within the last year, then you are eligible for a free upgrade. To take advantage of this offer, you'll need to uninstall the old version and then download the new version from our download page. Once you've done this, you can then register with your code and email. Just remember to select Back Server or main server in the registration page.

If you're still having issues with the "Failed to get IFO" error, then you may need to try a different DVD drive. Some older drives may not be compatible with the new version of DVD-Cloner, so you may need to upgrade your hardware.

You can also try using a different blank DVD disc. Some discs are better than others for copying DVDs, and you may need to experiment with different brands to find the one that works best for you. Additionally, you can try using a different burning speed. This can help make sure that the data is written correctly and that the copy protection is bypassed.
